Value added Services

The NEXIOS business model is designed to be simple, transparent and streamlined.
It has the advantage of being supported by the full NSC (Nexios Support Center) services.

These services can be used by our clients on an ad hoc basis or integrated into the service levels agreed upon.

Online Training & Coaching:
We offer all our permanent NEXIOS consultants as well as our freelance contractors access to over 2500 courses free of charge.

Dedicated NSC coaches will be available to help and motivate where necessary.
NSC support is online around the clock, every day of the year and offers their expertise in many ways.

This includes:

NEXIOS IT also gives our clients the opportunity to develop a tailor made training programme for all new consultants starting on client projects or client employees needing additional training.

The goal is to allow our clients to profit from the internal NEXIOS know how through training, coaching or project support.


Rate/ Salary management:
A service provided by a specialised division whereby freelance rates and permanent salaries are benchmarked against industry averages, enabling our clients to align their salaries with the market.

Legal Support / Follow up:
NEXIOS IT works in exclusivity with a specialised law firm on relevant legal matters.

Our legal partner will supply NEXIOS and our clients with relevant and accurate information on new and pending legislation.
NEXIOS also facilitates workshops on recruiting high end staff (Managers, ...)using the current and pending legislation.


Workshops/ Seminars:
Based on the huge success of our previous workshops, NEXIOS IT will be facilitating in 2008 no less than 8 major seminars/ workshops !

We strive to be not only a recruitment partner but also a source of knowledge for our clients and aim to share our expertise in order to keep NEXIOS and all partnering companies stay up to date with the latest legislation and market trends.

We also offer face to face meetings with our legal team as part of our service delivery.

Technical Testing:

NEXIOS believes in identifying the right consultants as a first step to a project solution.

To assure the professional qualities of our consultants, the NEXIOS  Recruitment Team may conduct technical testing on behalf of our clients. Technical testing increases the ability to identify the right consultants for the job.

These test results willl provide NEXIOS and our client with detailed information on our consultant's technical strengths and weaknesses.


Project Preparation:
The customer may request NSC to issue company handbooks.
This way, all new starting consultants will be fully briefed about life at the client site.

Consultants will start their assignments with a sound understanding of their culture, company strategy, technology, company policies, processes and general working practice allowing a flawless transition into their work environment.
